I'm only laughing on the outside. My smile is just skin deep. If you could see inside I'm really crying. You might join me for a weep.

The Joker, as played by Jack Nicholson.
The title/description comes from a line in the movie.
I won't bother complaining about my scanner.
I added the card to add a bit of originality to the picture, so I could get a grade on it in my art class, I will decide after I get the grade whether I want to keep it or not. I'm fairly happy with it's turnout.

Tools Used:
HB Charcoal Pencil, White Charcoal Pencil, 11x14 Bristol, Cotton swabs, Blending Tortillon.

Does this border look good with it, or should I change it?

I'd say the border looks good, it adds emphasis to the b&w and ties it all together, great pic
